The snail alone is rather tasteless, its combining it with a butter and parshley sauce that makes them very tasty. You can find them frozen in some supermarkets. Thats how I bought them in HKG. Esco Posted December 13, 2018 Share Posted December 13, 2018 Some amazing Italian food and drinks at a restaurant 2 minutes walk from our hotel.
