My mini kitchen in my jungle quarters.  Used only for my western stuff and access restricted. It allows me to have it organised my way, with all the necessary gear. (No micro wave, real oven)

We have the "regular" kitchen in the "main" house....

I don't think any Italian would place a pea within a mile of a hunk of lasagne mate.  My mother serves it with meat sauce (Bolognaise sauce), sometimes with meatballs and sausage.
