Popular Post Horizondave
Walked into Neath for a pint. Really unusual for me to go at night but as Porn has a few Thais over, and the microphone came out, I decided it was time to leave the premises. Having a lovely pint of Titanic plum porter, beautiful. I was surprised it was on, my favourite. A couple more and I won't notice the cat being strangled when I get back lol 1

Toy Boy
Another Trappist beer from Foodmart. I liked this one and will buy it again. The label's also something of a work of art. 3

Binlid
The better half is having a glass of Sangria and I am on Gin with Elderflower tonic and the Andaman sea is breaking on the shore just below us. 5 1
Popular Post Horizondave
Just had 2 new tyres put on the car, so, being in town, I met the wife for a quick pint at the 'Spoon'. Exmoor Upside Brown. £2.46 for all guest ales. Good prices here. Edited April 19, 2023 by Horizondave 3 1

Rompho Ray
Pre-gym blender drink: 1 banana, 2 big tablespoons yoghurt, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 3 ice cubes, fill to half liter with fruit juice. Sorry no pic, too delish to put down long enough! 😁
boydeste
Probably not the best thing to have at 2200, but a strong Lor coffee with a mix of milk and coffee mate.

Golfingboy
No sugary drinks, caffeine, or alcohol since Xmas and my new “reality”. Mom bought a 6 pack and I said “f—k it”, won’t kill me. Hope to soon open the tequila I got last May…..
Derek Dangleberries
So here it is, the picture of the wine I ended up drinking with my meal in ZEN yesterday. Bought in TOPS for around 800 Baht plus 100 baht corkage. It was the only wine available in the fridge with a screw top. I would not normally order a SBS but this one had low acidity and went well with the food... Now is the time for all you Aussies to take the piss out of how much I had to pay ... but remember I still have loads of cheap lamb left in my freezer... wine.jfif Edited April 23, 2023 by Derek Dangleberries 3
Toy Boy
I was in Friendship a few days ago and I noticed this one that I'd never even heard of, let alone tasted. It's an unfiltered lager brewed using a special hop, the eponymous Brewer's Gold, which apparently gives it the rich flavour. I liked it a lot, it made me think of a light Porter, nice and malty with a good chocolate aftertaste. Not cheap at 130 Baht for a can, but I'll buy that one again, it's got a great taste.
