Popular Post Horizondave
Was indeed a lovely day. About 18.5°C at Dryslwyn Castle near Carmarthen. Lovely drive, about 45 mins from my home. A view across the valley to a 'folly'. The river Towy flows nearby. Whilst there, we saw a RAF BAe Hawk fighter flying low down the valley Edited May 7 by Horizondave 8
Glasseye
Weather starting to cool down a bit. Breezes everwhere, thunder in the distant. Nice to sit outside, in peace.
redwood13
85/29C today in Sacramento. Lot of wind the past two or three days which knocked down the green fruit from the backyard plum, pluot and apricot trees. 1

Yessongs
Well..as you all know who live here, it was brutal the last 25 days or so.....our A/C bill for a 2 story home reflects just that...highest bill ever here at her home wifey tells me. It's cool....no pun intended. The last week or so, we here are able to NOT put the A/C on until about 2:00pm or so.....but upstairs at night, it goes on immediately when watching TV in the "woman cave" LOL!
