Now that the weather has improved, smoke disappeared, drinking less and working out more my sleeping has improved dramatically. It's a good feeling. Just slept about ten hours. I still wake up to piss a couple of times, but I am able to fall right back to sleep. Usually I have been going to bed before 8 pm. and waking up at 4 or 5 am. Mulling around in the quiet and watching the sun come up when there is no one else around is cool. Reminds me of when I used to do a daily newspaper delivery. Although those were some of the coldest days I can remember. I think those times helped condition me to learn how to cope with the brutality of severe cold weather. It also ingrained within me a hatred for it.
