  1. Having a lazy day as it's pissing it down here today. Stood on the scales to see how my current weight loss is doing and was happy to see that I have lost 6 pounds now in the last 2 weeks. Time for a nice cold pint of tap water!

  5. Booking a Day 2 and 8 Covid test package for £170. I've decided that 16 months in Thailand is enough for now and I'm heading home in a couple of weeks. UK seems mostly open so why not.

  6. So a spacecraft can travel vast interstellar distances, defy the laws of physics as we understand them ,get to earth undetected then manage to crash the minute they get here?. Ok. the moon is not powered by anything, it’s in something called an orbit, which, shockingly is the same premise every other moon in our solar system manages to exist by. there are some very well researched theories as to how the moon was formed and how it came to be a satellite of earth, all more plausible than with some alien bloke driving it.

  7. Some who need more proof of et, and from very nearby, should ask.. how did we get our Moon, 4 million years ago. It is in a totally artificial orbit and position, that need constant powered adjustments to maintain, due Earths gravity. We can only guess, that's most probably done internally.. maybe now on auto, maybe not? Keeping in mind that the moon is a hollowed-out or constructed Planet-sized satellite, with a mainly pure titanium crust, (US astronauts drills broke when sampling). Clue.. it's not by the Chinese nor Russians! For a fuller story, search here. . 'YouTube. The Moon is Not Real. David Icke. (NO Music)''

  11. The App allows you send your status to yourself, so you can print it off, so have a hard copy as well. I assume it'd be the same as you get in the letter.

  12. As a new customer to Wise today I armed myself with a very nice photo of me holding up my Passport only to be disappointed that they never asked me to send it to them. Maybe sending a whole 380 baht to pay my HDPrime subscription is not considered a major security risk. 🤣

  14. I wouldn't rush to make plans. We were recording around 2,000 new cases a day, give for take 500, for two months. Then we had a week of 3,000 cases a day. The last few days it's been around the 4,000 mark, and today we hit a new all-time high of 5,400 (prisons are recording few new cases now). On top of that, after announcing that all migrant workers camps in the Bangkok area would be quarantined for a month, a vast number of people left the capital for the countryside before they could be rounded up and penned in. That's going to spread the virus even faster and this is rapidly becoming a disaster. Nobody believes that there was "only" 5,400 new cases here yesterday, but nobody knows what the real number was either. I think in the next month things are going to go from bad to catastrophic here, though I seriously hope I'm wrong.

  18. Worked out in the Garden starting at 4:30am this morning. It’s 39c today & will be 43c tomorrow….I think that’s hotter than Pattaya. Brought in the Roma tomato seedlings inside to do the prep and got them into my hydroponic set-up. Seattle normally doesn’t get this hot, must be global warming. Breaking new records everyday

  19. I've been buying from Lazada for enough years I have confidence in their delivery and return systems, so always use their Wallet for payment. They also have an easy system for handling returns. Just use their website to flag any of the items from your order for return. They'll then provide a pre-paid postage label you print and use to return the item to their warehouse. For low cost items it's happened a few times where they immediately refund the purchase to my Wallet and tell me not to bother with returning the item. Once they receive the return Lazada has a good system in place for handling returns. I had purchased a battery tester that was apparently defective. I submitted a return request to the seller which was ignored. What's good about Lazada's system is if a seller does not respond to a return request within four days, the return is automatically approved. When the seller receives the returned item, they then have three days to issue the refund. In this case the seller failed to issue the return within the time allowed, so once again Lazada's system took over and issued the refund. IMHO it's a good system that protects the buyer.

  20. Hit Applebees last night for dinner prior to the game, pretty good deal. $25 for 2 entrees, choice of 5 that includes 2 Caesars Salads and soft drink. I opted for the Corona. Cheeseburger for me and Rachanee had the Lime Chicken. Over to see the SJ Giants play the Rancho Cucamonga Dodgers. Great game, nice night out there, got there at 6:00pm, walked around a bit, first pitch at 7:00pm. Good seats were $15 each ( in advance online) $15 to park right across the street. About 3/4 full I would say, Giants have some hitters. They won 8-2 and one guy hit a monster shot, probably rolled into one of the Viet Coffee shops in the area. Great night out and good to see Baseball in person again. Will never forget the one game in 1976 we played there when I was in High School. Of course first round loss and one and done. Amazingly, considering the drought we are having for the last 2 years, the field looks great. Would not want the water bill.

  25. Yes I got the hard copy although it is slightly different in style to my letter. This is because I got the letter from NHS England and the digital app I used for the hard copy PDF was issued by NHS Wales. The vaccine info is the same which is the important part. I actually had to send an email to my doctor for him to enter my vaccine data in to the system. I was in a bit of a catch 22 situation for a while as I had the vaccination dosage in England but couldn't use the NHS England app because my surgery was in Wales. I managed to get the letter from NHS England but could only use the NHS Wales digital app once it came online last week. All sorted now though. Porn has had her first vaccine in Wales so should be easier to access her info online or by letter.

  29. I can't believe I'm bothering to post in this lunatic topic, but as for David Icke, his being a total idiot could be well planned as he's making quite a chunk of change from his conspiracy rants. Same could probably said for the other lunatic whack jobs out there. As part of Press Gazette’s Fight the Infodemic campaign we today publish an investigation which focuses on Icke and London Real and reveals: Youtube was still running adverts for Icke’s documentaries weeks after it chose to delete his account to protect users from potentially harmful Covid-19 misinformation Facebook has run adverts for both Icke and London Real, which says it has paid the platform nearly £2m in fees over the last three years Icke and London Real both enjoyed major spikes in their web traffic in April, with social media platforms driving millions to clicks to the sites this year Research showing that Icke and London Real’s social media followers could be worth more than $40m a year to Facebook and Youtube. https://www.pressgazette.co.uk/cash-for-conspiracies-how-david-icke-alternative-media-and-tech-giants-make-money-from-misinformation/

  30. Prove it. times, date stamps, physical evidence and irrefutable proof , because posting this kind of bullshit is not only annoying, it effects your credibility here and compromises the integrity of the forum itself. none of it has any proof, it is all conjecture and David Icke is a total idiot who , to date has proven none of his claims, merely offered alternative conspiracy based theories into everyday events.

  32. As I say, I haven't used it but it seems like it allows for more/different email accounts (gmail, yahoo etc) than just HotMail/Outlook. The second thing is open the Edge browser and mail is opened as well, if you like convenience. Just integrating it with browsing. The reason from the MS point of view is that it locks you into the Edge browser which no doubt gives MS more opportunity to target ads/marketing at you.

  33. Edge is the new browser from MS which is replacing IE. I assume that they (MS) introduced a new email client to go with Edge to replace Outlook Lite which went with IE.

  34. Another view - even if the cop was wrong, it is also true that Black Lives Matter was irresponsible and sad opportunists to encourage destruction of downtowns (that mostly harmed black business or franchise owners) and allow beatings and murders on account of this event. Equally irresponsible was the mainstream media’s acceptance and encouragement of the destruction of peoples financial livelihood (mostly minorities in downtown) and worse are the municipal governments which accepted this and prosecutors who failed to uphold the law for the protection of others. Irresponsible as well, we’re those who named a school and other public areas after a many times over violent convicted criminals (harming a pregnant mother etc, extensive drug use of the most serious type etc). When ever this name is mentioned, all wrongs should be mentioned.
