Thai Spice
Noodle soup yesterday evening. Minced pork balls, mushroom, greenery... Dont worry about the quantity of the red spices, the one we buy here is only very lightly spicy, and you need to put a serious amount to taste it.

thumper63
These are the burgers that I had just cooked up when the GF noticed the bear in the back yard. 4
thumper63
A flank steak the GF picked up a few nights back. Medium rare at 125 degrees and 12 minutes on the bbq. Was ok but still a little tough. Maybe should of pounded it a bit before cooking g it. And served up with the GFs hash brown casserole..... which is always delicious. Sorry... can't tell which is the better pic so will post the both. Edited September 2, 2020 by thumper63 1 1
Golfingboy
I must be nuts.....first Tuesday of the month 2 of my stores do 15% off. Buy a ton of meat, Mom and Dad both call while I’m unloading everything, and now I can’t be arsed to cook. Watermelon was $5 CAD, had no clue this scaled out at 13 pounds, so about 9B/lb. Anyway, with some nice sparkling water, a light dinner for the fat man 3
Thai Spice
Color of the inside shows it was properly baked with butter, and not some cheap margarine. And the texture (consistance ?) is perfect as well. Living like a French on the Island of the Gods .... Golfingboy
Steak and onion on a spinach tortilla. This will become one of my staples now, quick and easy and not too high calorie- although I’m trying to find a healthier wrap. No more naan, I looked and saw mine were @280 calories.....the nights I had 3 kebabs that’s almost 1K just for the bread Edited September 2, 2020 by Golfingboy 1

Thai Spice
This place definitively been added to my "regular cantines". Perfect for a beer and a small bite after buying bread and some minor grocery shopping. Located on the main street, 200m from the small supermarket I go. Swedish, which limits the things I like, but clean and food is good and fresh. Omelette wish mushroom, bell pepper and salmon. And a general view of the place. Looks like they have a few rooms for rent as well. Empty on the pictures (otherwhile I wouldn't have taken them) but usually 2 or 3 tables busy at 10.30 am at this moment. In normal times it is pretty busy. 4

Popular Post Skalliwag
This covid bullshit finally got me motivated to build the outdoor cook shack. Most of our meals will be cooked outside in the winter time. Slowly getting there.Waiting for some custom length metal for the roof. Hate being inside. The boys were around yesterday and a couple reckon it looks like a beer bar,so we will have to sexy it up. Meat, outdoors, with the tv and the Footy on.We are trying our best. 5
