You mean doing one of them poncy cheffy things? (Apologies to any chefs on here) 😀

Nah.... load of butter melted in a pan, throw in the mushrooms, lower the heat and fry gently. Let the water cook away, and the butter take over. Aroy!

frying mushrooms is butter is a real treat. But man, they soak up the butter.
