Quite common in the English speaking world mostly called Eggs Royale but Eggs Hemingway, Atlantic, Montreal and Norvégienne are all names for the same thing. Basically Eggs Benedict with salmon instead of ham/bacon. Edit. From my local 'Spoons menu... 2 1

Glasseye
For you "baked beans" only eaters. Try some black beans, they are great. I have a crock pot of black bean soup (with spicy sausage) simmering right now. Yum https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/voraciously/wp/2019/03/09/the-humble-black-bean-is-a-pantry-all-star-here-are-6-ways-to-use-it/?utm_term=.28ceff07cf30

Evil Penevil
Two days ago I had the Sunday roast lamb dinner at Kilkenny on LK Metro . Everything was really good- the lamb, potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, veggies and gravy. No complaints at all. You get an extra boat of gravy that's not in the picture. Best deal in town for 199 baht.

Evil Penevil
Rice soup with fish for 60 baht at a Thai hole-in-the-wall: It's a lot healthier than the "eggs wrapped in bacon" (99 baht) I tried at the same restaurant. Evil
