Tonights dinner was a fail, I burnt the outside of the giant burger by having the heat too high whilst I took a shower. Still edible, but only just even for me.

Worry not, i'd rather have it like that than pink / raw ........

I'm sure that if you were able to find a strong enough chisel to break it open, you might find that it is raw inside !

It was nicely cooked inside, you can't really see it from the picture, but I cut it open to make sure!

Too much restaurant food in Thailand, you lost your cooking skills.😀

There is a bit of that for sure, but I usually bag my sausages up in packs of 6 or 7, then cook them under the grill. Problem is I would eat all of them. LOL

Now I am trying to eat a bit less portion size, so I am bagging them into 4's.

Seems stupid to fire my large grill up just for 4 sausages, so I have been kind of frying them in the bottom of one of my saucepans with the lid on. Definitely work in progress.

Chicken Jalfrezi & Tarka Dal from Sainsburys and fried rice from the missus. All via the microwave.

Surprisingly very nice!

The ready meals from the supermarkets have been very good for a few years now.

I eat from the tins a lot whilst fishing away.

Veggie tikka tins from M&S are very good, as are the regular ready meals.

Same Waitrose.
