Just got in from the gym and a letter on the doorstep made Porn and I smile as it was her Certificate of Good Standing issued by the Royal Thai Police as requested for Porn's position with the NHS.

As this was the last piece of what was required we are hoping another letter with her employment contract will land on the door step over the next few days.

Porn had sent this request for the certificate to Thailand on 18 April so it has been a pretty stressful time but the NHS must be used to the time it has taken as they have been very understanding and friendly throughout the process.

Good days.

Watching Cav win #34 🟢

He's some pup!

That's one of the hardest sports, need proper endurance for that, mentally and physically.

Pity it'll be forever tainted by the drug use.

Agree about the drugs ..., But love watching the sprinters like Cav , who have to put their bodies through hell to get through the mountain stages in the time allowed , just so they can do their thing on the last 100m of the flat stages  - love the tactics involved as well

he could become the 🐐 in Paris if he can get to #35

Boydeste's post made me think of fishing and your's reminded me of the time I achieved my goal of catching a 10  pound barbel on the Dorset Stour at Bistern.

Having done that I took up golf.

Given up trying to break 90. :default_biggrin:

Managed to gat a walk early morning but rain on and off for most of the day.

Same here but I've also been exercising my upper body by sweeping up all the sludge, gunge and rubbish from the flooding outside on the road. I like to get it done before it dries.

All for free, no monthly subscription required!

And, no Delta out there I'd reckon. Watch out for dem skeeters though.

How are the frogs out in them parts.  No, not the ones from across the Channel.

No problem with frogs, but plenty of bird life from King fishers to Oyster catchers.

Getting new birds here back home every day. They are going through my feeders in two days now, used to take five days to a week. The words gotten out, lol. But the show is fabulous. Birds are really fun to watch when you take the time to relax and just observe their behavior. Fabulous creatures, and very smart.
