I’ve put a fair bit of weight on since being made redundant from my last job. Was very active there, since then I’ve basically sat on my arse for a year. Only activity I do is a ten minute walk to work and back, and a 15 minute walk into town and back once or twice a week..My job is sitting down all day. Dodgy zip on my case, which must have travelled at least 500,000 miles during its lifetime. Looking rather tatty now. Will have to replace, but with a little effort it does still zip up. When I got home I cracked open a can of Tapper and skulled it, which led to quite an unusual but quite pleasant experience.
