Excellent point. Many are embarrassed due to the lack of language skills. Took me a while to properly factor this in and account for it. Once I did it helped considerably with how I approached some communications. Amazing how a considerate/soft approach with good eye contact, relaxed body language and a polite smile can make a huge difference. Also recognizing certain circumstances and places where attempting any question is futile (saves a lot of stress for both sides). I admire those who are willing to give it their best shot even though it's basically just pantomime. Always give them a little extra nod of thanks.

I used to chew serious ass on some of my guys over the years regarding this. Some of them were thick skulled morons who wouldn't listen. That new iPad app cannot possibly actually work. It's a medical app that you install on the iPad then you can take a piece of napkins or cling wraps put it over the iPad start the app shit on the iPad. Then Within 8 minutes it says it will give you a medical breakdown as to your health.

I used to work in a small supermarket in the 80's and we had something similar and it was a bugger to clean. All the fat used to get under the blade, and it needed cleaning every single day morning and afternoon! As soon as you started stripping it down a customer would walk in and want half pound of sliced meat!
