Going to have a nap while it simmers Edited August 6, 2019 by Golfingboy 5

We had a pasta course, and then we had a meat or a fish. Paulie did the prep work. He was doing a year for contempt, and he had this wonderful system for doing the garlic. He used a razor, and he used to slice it so thin that it used to liquefy in the pan with just a little oil. It was a very good system."

Those razor blades, I bought a 10 pack at Home Depot, they are actually the best way to clean a glass cooktop, if you have some stubborn stains. I have tried them on garlic before, but today just flattened the cloves with the side of a butcher knife. The meatballs take time, soaked the beef in milk/breadcrumbs, and mixed in parsley. 1.5 kg gave me 2 full baking sheets, pain in the arse as I only have one sheet! Glasseye
Whenever I have a pound of ground beef sitting around, and I'm too arsed to make burgers, I whip this up. 1 lb. of ground beef, onion, garlic, wohstershire, soy sauce, seasoning salt, garlic, powder, pepper. Add anything you want.
