New Study: COVID Can Infect Men's Genitals, Cause Infertility and Erectile Dysfunction

https://sfist.com/2022/03/02/new-study-covid-can-infect-mens-genitals-cause-infertility-and-erectile-dysfunction/

... A pre-print, non-peer-reviewed study (link below) in the journal Northwestern Medicine reveals that "multiple tissues of the male genital tract can be infected with SARS-CoV-2," and the finding is based on PET scans of COVID-infected rhesus macaques. (The primates have been found to have similar disease progression to humans when infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, and are therefore used as study subjects.) Researchers say they expected mostly to find the virus present in the upper nose and brain area — which would be the reason that COVID patients often lose their sense of taste or smell. But they found it also present in 10 to 20 percent of male subjects' genitals — specifically in the prostate, the vasculature of testicles, the penis and the testicles.

This tracks with how some other viruses, including SARS-CoV-1, Ebola, and mumps also infect the male genitals — and mumps have long been known to cause infertility...

. . .

Coronavirus infects penis, testicles and prostate
Testicular pain, erectile dysfunction, reduced sperm count and quality, decreased fertility are direct consequence of infection, new study shows

In order to mitigate this, I've been having 4 wanks a day, 2 of them off the same hard.

I feel the same way myself, it's bloody ridiculous wearing these things outdoors. We've recently received word in my jurisdiction that all restrictions are being lifted on March 18, and we can stop wearing masks in almost all indoor places then; and as far as I concerned, any business insisting that I wear a mask after this date will not receive any of my business. I'll make an exception for hospitals or clinics or airplanes but generally I will not be wearing one myself anymore, although I am sure there are many paranoid individuals who will be wearing these things everywhere for a long time to come.

Uh.......ok.

You want to keep wearing a face diaper for the rest of your life, then that's YOUR choice. Your "under the bus" nonsense in referencing those that make THEIR choice not to, is just plain ignorant.

Sooner people accept this the better.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-60681288

Austria has decided to suspend its mandate for compulsory Covid-19 vaccinations for over-18s, days before it was due to start enforcing it.

It was the first EU country to adopt the measure.

The government now says it considers it disproportionate to the threat posed by the Omicron variant.

Health Minister Johannes Rauch said the decision would be reviewed again in three months, and could be reintroduced if a new variant made it necessary.

It comes as nearly 48,000 new infections were announced in Austria, more than at any time since the pandemic began.

More than 2,500 people are being treated in normal hospital wards and 182 in intensive care, but the Omicron variant has not led to a surge in admissions as feared.

People need to look at the actual threat to health and not numbers of infections. The threat is f**k all by comparison. Plenty of people still walking around by me masked up to f**k. Think they have become too scared to go without it. Get vaccinated and forget all about COVID.

Millions of people right now are moving borders because unfortunately they are in danger of really dying from bombs and no doubt they will be unchecked (as is right)

Makes a mockery of anyone getting checked ...

Time to move on from Covid and face the real threat because Omicron isn't one.

Major study finds COVID death toll three times higher than official

The pandemic’s death toll may be three times higher than official COVID-19 records suggest, according to a study that found stark differences across countries and regions.

As many as 18.2 million people probably died from COVID in the first two years of the pandemic, researchers found in the first peer-reviewed global estimate of excess deaths. They pointed to a lack of testing and unreliable mortality data to explain the discrepancy with official estimates of the 6,029,046 million deaths recorded by Johns Hopkins University as of Friday.

I also provided the link to the actual peer reviewed paper published in a reputable journal. I guess you missed that.

Please show us all where the research is wrong. Shouldn't be too hard for a person of your immense capabilities. After they're mostly glorified school teachers.

I await with interest your critical analysis.

I saw both...as said.... all that was posted was misinformation and scaremongering articles.

As said... all you trot out is about things that..... may happen....probably happen....or might happen.

I reckon you are dreading as things are getting back to near normal as you seem to get off on all the misery that has occurred but I am sure you will find something else negative to have moan about to get your thrills.

cheers

What I posted was a little teaser from the Murdoch press, the bait. There is an old Aussie idiom, "to draw the crabs", and it worked a treat. Hook, line and sinker!

If one bothered to read the actual paper, link kindly provided for those who yet haven't mastered the use of a search engine, one would find that the conclusions are based on excess deaths between the 1st January, 2020 and 31st December, 2021. Deaths that have already occurred so no if, buts or maybe.

If that scares you then so be it.

Unless you are going to provide a critical analysis of the actual published paper, which I doubt you are actually capable of, then as far as I'm concerned, the matter is closed.

You fail again, get over it, suck it up and move on.

ha ha ha....please...you would not know anything about an old Aussie idiom unless you googled it..ha ha ha.

I read the links...both of them...as said...just the usual misinformation and scaremongering stuff you post up to push your negative views with the usual...may have...probably .....might have...... and when called out...off you go to your little deflect action bubble......lol.

What you posted was quite easy to see what it is...you trying to put stuff across as fact when key words are....may....might...probably. Laughable at best...lol.

I will await the next deflection post from you....as all know that no matter what it is never closed with you...you will want the last word... 🤣 🤣 🤣

cheers
