The funniest bit is where you said you actually believed Boris had a masterplan to sort all this out.

Not long back from a school meeting for Reception parents where we were all told about phonics and how it improves children's ability to read and write words.

Tried to listen and enjoy it but it was difficult to hear anything that was being said as this horrible parent was allowing her 2 kids (probably about 3 and 4) just to run around the seated parents making as much noise as they could on the wooden floor.  You could see the other parents thinking this woman was lacking in parental skills, even the teachers looked like they wanted to say something.  It only stopped when the kids came up to the front by the screen and tried to put their fingers in some electrical sockets, one of the teachers then ushered them to the parent and told her to get them to sit down.

I am sure many of us wanted to use phonics to tell the woman what we thought of her.

Watching Geoffrey Cox (the Attorney General) during question time in Parliament, absolutely riveting stuff, love it.  Worth watching.

What a time to be alive, eh!

A disintegrating Tory Party taken over by a small band of Right Wing Extremists who think they can do as they choose.

An equally dysfunctional Labour Party being taken over by dangerous Far Left Lunatics.

All this is a time when the UK hasn't seen such uncertainty since the 2nd World War.

And you wouldn't trust a single one of them to run a bath, much less a Government in these times.

It's riveting stuff alright, just have to buckle up and watch with the amazement, as this continues to unfold.

Great entertainment!
