The gf insisted I wrote down the recipe we used before I came home. Why she couldn't write it down I'm not sure....

She's now baking several loaves a week back in the village for her and the neighbours

Mate, I use sauces, cream, butter etc without restrictions since always.

There is butter and cream in the mashed potatoes.

Butter croissants with marmelade for breakfast etc...

Our ancesters cooked and ate that way and they were sure in better shape than the Mc Donald / KFC generation.

And the Miss is hooked as well now, even more than me.

I never had to worry about weight issues, so ....

I don't do the fish but the rest of it looks great and I would like a drop of that wine too!
