Mate, I use sauces, cream, butter etc without restrictions since always. There is butter and cream in the mashed potatoes. Butter croissants with marmelade for breakfast etc... Our ancesters cooked and ate that way and they were sure in better shape than the Mc Donald / KFC generation. And the Miss is hooked as well now, even more than me.
