Cheddar ciabatta cheesesteak a la Golfingboy , all respect to Sam the Cooking Guy

Striploin steak was on sale for $7 CAD a pound, you half freeze it so it can be hard enough to slice thin. Preheat the cast iron, throw in meat, then the onions, melt the cheese, heat the bread....it’s all very quick, and tasty. My new favourite

I finally succumbed to ordering a takeaway. Most have been closed in town until this week when a couple reopened.  Chicken vindaloo with vegetable rice. It came with a free popadom and mango chutney. I made two meals of it and reheated the 2and for dinner today. 20200425_181825.jpg
