Thai Spice
Creamy mustard chicken. Turned out pretty good, but I did put too much mustard in it and the mustard taste was a bit overwhelming, which is not the idea. The Miss complained the sauce was too thick (it is supposed to be ...) so next time we'll take it out of the fire a bit earlier. And the recipe, in English. 2

I had mixed a package of Shan Indian spice in the marinade, I think it was butter chicken flavour, and oh....phet mak

thegrogmonster
The missus getting into the Christmas spirit a little early by cooking some mince pies, bloody lovely!Your missus appears to be a great cook.My missus is pretty handy in the kitchen and cooks the majority of food for all her local Thai get togethers. She has started making Thai sausages to sell. She can watch a western cooking show on TV and take a few notes. From this I normally get a good meal cooked.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
